Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

We've been patiently waiting for pumpkin season, haven't you?! This year, why not skip your usual pumpkin spice drink and opt for a homemade Pumpkin Pie smoothie topped with crunchy Cracklins instead? 

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 banana 
  • 2 dates
  • 3/4 cup pumpkin purée 
  • 3 shakes pumpkin pie spice
  • Pinch of nutmeg 
  • 1 tbsp hempseed
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tbsp chia seed
  • Protein powder

DIRECTIONS

Throw all ingredients together in a blender, blend and serve! Don't forget to top with pecans and Beanfields Grain Free Vegan Pumpkin Pie Cracklins!
