Black Bean & Sea Salt Bean Chips

These chips are great! I can't have potato, corn, or cassava chips, so these are great for me, and "feel" like regular tortilla chips! I do wish they were a little saltier, but they are still great!

I ordered 6 bags and two were not sealed properly. I emailed customer service and never got a response.

It's been almost three weeks and my order hasn't even shipped. I try contacting and there's no response at all. I was hopeful they were coming back but I think it's falling apart again.

I see a lot of other reviews about customer service issues where the product doesn't show up. I have not had to use customer service, but I agree that it is unacceptable for them to not respond to customer service inquiries. I've been ordering Beanfields in bulk for well over a year and I can tell you that it does take a long time for each order. But, I've never had it not show up. I just reorder it when I'm down to a few bags and anticipate it taking awhile to arrive. While the customer service issue is not great, there is a good chance that the products just haven't arrived yet.

I love these chips buy it took over a month to get my order.
